Rotating cylinder Viscometer is used to measure the viscosity of a fluid. Rotating cylinder Viscometer are the Viscometer result from bending both flat plates of the Newton’s parallel-plate-model into an inner and outer cylinder. The annular gap between the concentric cylinder is filled with the sample fluid. The inner cylinder rotated for a sufficient amount of time.
